Disappointed

It was crowded. Just a bunch of people piled on top of one another on the upper deck of the boat. Tables too close although billed as a dance cruise there was no room to dance and limited opportunities to do so. Advertising was deceiving.

Music was great as was the ride and scenery. However, the boat was filthy, the food and drinks were substandard. It's not what was advertised. It was over priced.

Everything was good, food was great,(me and wife had mahi-mahi) but 2 things I don’t like fist I think it’s over priced and second the table’s chairs are very uncomfortable, made out of strips of rustic wood with a big space in between which makes them very uncomfortable , the crew was great and very nice. Also they advertise dancing but nobody was dancing, just enough time for eat.

Boat needs worked, crammed in too tight, bathrooms were disgusting. Food was meh, can get a better dinner cruise in Ohio. I know it’s Maui, but this was extremely overpriced.

Overall great excursion, but a little long. We were told to be there at 4:30, but they don’t open to put wrist bands on til 5. You don’t dock until about 8:30. Besides getting drinks, you will want to stay seated. The food and music were great, and the views incredible.

Not much good to say. Food was good and that is about all I can say. Shared a table with strangers which I wasn’t aware of. Sitting on wood benches for three hours was very uncomfortable Smoke from the engine was constantly joking us. Said there would be dancing but there was hardly enough room to stand up and stretch your legs The entertainment was also pretty poor The bathrooms smelled terrible With how much they charge you’d think they would do some upgrades or remodeling on the boat. The picture on the web site makes it look like a beautiful boat but then you get on it and it looks like nothing has been done to it for 40 years. Definitely not worth it, I will not be doing it again

A cruise to avoid.

No social distancing. You actually put 4 people to each small table. Dancing Cruise? Are you serious. There was no space to dance. Only the space between tables bunched close together. And on top of everything you asked for gratuities. I was on a similar cruise last week and they had more space and put on a Hawaiian show similar to a Luau had better music and did not ask for a gratuity all for the same price. This was a rip off advertised with mis information.

The dinner cruise was lovely. The food was good, the staff was friendly, the views from the water were beautiful. The only complaint I have is the wooden bench seating. For a 3 hour cruise, it got to be a bit uncomfortable. I would suggest cushions.

The staff/ crew was absolutely amazing specially Jeremy!!! This was not the experience I expected. Felt claustrophobic on the top of a boat as there were about 120-50 people on the top deck. If you are not a party of 4 you will be sharing table with strangers and the tables and bench is cramped. Food was not good at all. The chicken we ordered was hard as rock. It didn’t seem any covid precautions were taken really(they did make you wear mask off deck and in lines) but all the time on deck with hardly any space to move all that precautions meant nothing. I strongly do not recommend this cruise till they reduce the capacity of onboard guests!!!!
