Being tricked by your company (Viator) to purchase higher priced zoo entry tickets and you charged me for children when they are actually FREE!! You pay higher proces to be on top of goole search so you can take advantage of people.

The Zoo was ok but Viator let a charge for 3children AUD77 go through when children entry is FREE. Unbeknown to me I should have booked thru the official zoo website not this third party VIATOR which google directed me to. What a ripoff VIATOR. It spoilt the day. I could have used this money to buy the grandchildren lunch at the Zoo.

My sister and I along with my niece her husband and 3 children whose ages range from 11 to 20 met at the Zoo and thoroughly enjoyed our experience on the buses, seeing the animals in their own environment was just brilliant!! I loved how they really concentrated on what children love with all the water features for want of a better word. It kept younger children highly amused as well as cool as on the day the weather was very warm.

This was an awesome experience, and it is a must go place to see... regardless of your age, you will enjoy it and you will want to again and again on the safarii and your whole family will enjoy this trip... It is very different to those trips we pay to the ordinary zoos... TRUST ME!! Its not one of those!! :
