good travel and travel guide

1.I was very happy to have a good travel guide whose name was Jim Schreck. he was humorous, and also enough kind to give us ride to our hotel(then we did not have a car) 2. and also i was very happy to sightsee the lower part of Canyonland park. If i had sightseen it from above, I could not have see it. so the back country tour was worth paying money for tour 3. but then we did not have a car, so that we had to walk to the tour office for more than 15min, which was different from other tour agency (that promised ride to our hotel

Thank you for the review, Jim is a great guide. We are sorry that we had a miss communication with you and were not able to schedule a pickup for you.
Thrilling, Beautiful, and Safe
, May 2021
This tour was absolutely amazing and we were able to get a genuine glimpse into the beauty of Moab and Canyonlands. Our tour guide, DeVon, was very passionate about the culture and history of the area and the people that once inhabited it. Never once did we feel unsafe as we passed steep cliffs, although the roads got bumpy at times. Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be checking out Adrift Adventure’s other tours.

Five people in a four-man jeep.
, Oct 2020
Five people in a jeep wrangler is way too much. There was me and the guy I was with you weigh 240. And two more women Who ate over 200 pounds each. With three of us in the backseat the middle person was getting squished and the people by the door we’re getting banged into the door every time you went on a bump. And they were a lot of bumps on this trip. Couldn’t really enjoy the scenery unless you were out of the jeep. Four people in the jeep is perfect. With three in the backseat that middle seat is brutal. Also Jim our driver told us the back up in town has been going on since March. It would’ve been nice if we could’ve stopped at the last bathroom break before leaving the park because it was an hour and a half before we got back with a traffic jam.Jim knew about the traffic jam but didn’t tell us until we were sitting in it for over an hour to go 3 miles. He was very helpful though in the park showing us all of the sites. But I will never go in that jeep again with five people. Nor would I recommend it. Worst experience I can remember.

Very disappointed in this Back Country...
, Oct 2017
Very disappointed in this Back Country tour. The vehicle was too small for 4 people and I had to sit in the middle of the back seat for the entire tour. I was so cramped.....In addition it was entirely Back Country and we felt we did not even see Canyonlands at all. There was a great deal of time spent on the Potash Plant which was unnecessary and boring. Some of the back country scenery was very nice but there was not enough. I would suggest that this tour be half in the actual park and half back country to make it more interesting.

A not to miss experience. Our guide Chip showed us an area that he truly loves! He taught us so much about this rocky land!
