Productive, informative, yet relaxing trip. It was a long trip but the ride was not at all stressful. It was spacious, relaxing and accommodating. The host was informative and spoke through out the trip but it was soothing listening to her voice. It was productive as we got our moneys worth!

This time Viator has partnered with a great local tour company ( unlike the one for Burg Eltz tour from Frankfurt, that tour was never confirmed and called off at the eleventh hour.). Wlad, the bus driver cum bar tender was great. Carolina, the tour guide was great. The tour was well planned and unrushed.

This was a fantastic tour. Very comfortable, well-scheduled. Paying more to have tickets included takes the stress out of it. Snacks on board were also great. Hanae was very knowledgeable, and told us many interesting facts along the way.

A great tour. A large bus with only about 25 capacity, making it extremely comfortable, and well worth the extra price. My only complaint is that Grey Line tours put us on the WRONG bus (the high capacity tour). I questioned it when I saw it was not what was described. Be careful when you arrive. Grey Line doesn't check.

I had an amazing trip. The driver and guide lady were very attentive and informative. The both castles, the lake and small village tour were excellent. This trip is more expensive than others. However it is definitely worthy.

I went to the Neuschanstein and Linderhof castles. Paul was are guide. He made the trip wonderful. He is so knowledgeable with the history of Munich, and the castles. He was very helpful to all he came in contact with, as well as keeping our entire group entertain. Would highly recommend him.

This tour was well worth the upgrade/money. By choosing this option you’re able to relax and take the pressure off yourself. The bus was comfy and that guide and driver were very friendly. Drinks & snacks were available the whole time. I couldn’t get the wifi to work but the views made it so you didn’t need a phone screen to look at. Also unfortunately Mary’s bridge was closed due to construction but if you really want to get a fantastic view for a photo there is some spots you can find.
