I booked on a whim to do something fun with me and my girlfriend and didn’t regret it one bit! Maryann made the experience a blast, lifted by her outgoing personality, quick humor, and clear expertise. She started the class by walking the group through her tried and true biscuit blueprint, perfected by her years of baking and her journalistic curiosity to interview the bests in biscuitdom. She incorporated biscuit hallmarks and experimental features all the way through, detailing how we can augment our own recipes to make our own jaw droppers. The experience was delicious and engaging, with enough attention to detail to make sure we will be able to make biscuits in our own and enough fun to make us want to come back and try her other classes when we come back to Nashville! I highly recommend.

What a fun class! My daughter and I made trip to Nashville as fun "girls weekend" and got to attend this class. It was lots of fun, got to eat some samples of biscuits and gravy and learned a charming southern way of making biscuits! Loved it!

MaryAnn made this biscuit baking class a lot of fun. She has this down to perfection. We watched her first and then it was hands on or should I say "hands in". We all had the opportunity to make them from scratch. Our were perfect and so delicious. Warning. You can't eat just one.
