Amazing Experience!
, Mar 2021
Chef Preston was amazing and talked us through every step providing tips and tricks along the way. Our gumbo and Ettouffee turned out delicious and the banana fosters was incredibly easy and delicious as well! we were also able to sample some dishes from another class which will definitely have us coming back for another lesson.

Amazingly Fun Experience

I would recommend to anyone going to New Orleans to do a cooking class. I had a truly amazing class. Connor was an amazing teacher. He was very happy to not only teach the class but also helping us learn the 'why' behind what he was telling us. I have been cooking since I was 7 years old. I started loosing my love of cooking about 2-3 years ago. Connor helped reignite my love for cooking. It was amazing during our 20 year anniversary get away to be able to enjoy a cooking class.

Must Do to Learn the Best of NO

Our cooking class with Preston was the highlight of our trip! We enhanced our knife skills, learned a few tricks(I’ve attended many cooking classes and a “boot camp” and NEVER was taught these tips). The etouffee was the best we’ve ever had and the gumbo rivaled my grandmothers. The bananas foster? OMGOODNESS. We cancelled our dinner at “you know where” afterwards. We will definitely return. Thank you Preston for the engaging conversation and invaluable cooking lesson.
