Very disappointed
, Apr 2021
The tour didn’t happen and we didn’t know it wasn’t going to happen until after we went to the pick up point paid to park and waited for the bus. After talking to other waiting also we finally got a hold of a person after tons of phone calls and were told it was not happening. Very disappointed especially after we called to check a couple of days before and were told it was on. And we had prempaid. Very very disappointed

I purchased tickets a month ago and the website stated they are open and taking extra precautions due to Covid-19. THEY HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN WITH NO TOURS SINCE MARCH!!!!! Why sell tickets if your business is shut down?? Give me my money back!

Hi Shannon, Thank you for your review. I have checked your booking and it seems there was a glitch in the system as your booking was actually requested to be cancelled back at the end of September once we were notified that the tour would not be opening until November. For some reason, your booking cancellation didn't go through correctly so we are investigating this. In the meantime, I have requested a full refund for you so this should be with you shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding the Covid protocols, these are displayed so that customers can see what to expect for the dates the tour will be running. We hope to have you on board with us again in the future. Kind Regards, City Sightseeing

Hop On and Hop Off Bus Tour in New Orleans.
, Mar 2020
Hop on and hop off sightseeing bus was very informative. Bus stops were convenient for us . Tour guides were very knowledgeable and answered our questions. We rode downstairs, not on top in the outdoors, because it was cool outside. The two provided walking tours available with the three day pass were excellent.

A great way to get around New Orleans! All of the tour guides were very knowledgeable and gave all of us a history of each area we were touring. The bus rides were very comfortable and clean.
Awesome experience

Totally recommend this tour. We so enjoyed all the tours that we were give. Paige was not only so informative - but kept us so entertained with her stories when we walked through the garden section. Sparkles was way to cute in the French Quarters. She did an amazing job! I believe it was Hope? in the Cemetery tour - She was so well informed with the tour - and it was wonderful. Each tour guide that we had on the buses were amazing - had their own twist and knowledge of the city.............. The stops were easy to find, and everything went so smooth.

I am all about seeing city sights and Hop on Hop off tours normally fit the bill. This time I was disappointed in the NOLA Hop on Hop off. The buses are plentiful and you don’t wait long for one to come along. This hit all the important city neighborhoods and sights. The one single thing that fell short...our docent to start was wonderful and informative for the 1st 5 stops and then she went off her shift and another came on for the next 14 stops. This woman was very friendly but her narrative left much to be desired, stopping in the middle of sentences and losing her train of thought. This probably doesn’t happen on all of the tours but certainly impacted our experience.

The bus was an amazing way to see a lot of new orleans and the tour guides on all the buses we were on were knowledgable about the city and history behind it! We learned so much that we would have never known if we hadnt done this bus tour! the extra added guided tours when you purchase the three day pass were a nice and much appreciated bonus :)
