Cody was the best tour guide I've ever had! All the other tours that we passed had many theatrics (costumes, over embellishing stories, props, etc.) but not Cody. He was just a guy telling the stories of the city - it was perfect. Definitely worth it! Cody even walked us to a good local restaurant after the tour was up so we could get a good meal to sober us up. We made stops at some of the most popular bars in the quarter and had some drinks that really packed a punch. Best part of our trip to be honest.

Not worth it

Didn't include much information - we stopped at about 4 different places for the tour guide to tell us the haunted/interesting stories behind those buildings. But that's not very much, given the tour cost $25/person. Maybe if drinks had been included, the cost would have been worth it

As I appreciate your review- I must include that 4 stops on this tour route means you made it to the school (which is at 40 minutes on the route without adding the story at that location) the school is located Royal street. If you only attended 4 stops you obviously left the tour group before the tour concluded as the remaining stops from the school added up to be no less than 15 locations. The bar stops would have been more than your statement of 4 only four stops. There’s no possible way a 2 hour tour could only have 4 stops! If we provided alcoholic beverages for each of our guests we would be paying to give tours!!! This is laughable. But again, thanks for your “review”

A Good, Interesting Walking Tour of the French Quarter

I got to the assigned location of departure and Cody was there soon after, checking folks in based upon his list. I was there for the N.O. Drunk History Tour, but was speaking to a couple of ladies who were there for the 5-in-1 Haunted N.O. Tour. As it turns out, there are a number of differently named tours that all go out together. We had 30+ persons in our group, which Cody did an amazing job herding us through the French Quarter with all the traffic, people and other distractions all going on. Cody was very entertaining and knowledgeable and kept things interesting throughout the two hour walking tour.

Such a fun tour! Definitely wear some walking shoes because you'll be walking all over down town! Our tour guide, Ashley, aka Trashley was hilarious and super sweet. Would totally do this tour again. Hopefully you get her if you get this tour. Plenty of time to stop at bars to get new drinks while walking around.
