Accommodating company, great tour guide
, Apr 2021
Angie was a great tour guide! We did the 2 hour walking tour of the garden district. Super informative, got to see a lot of notable houses in the area and get a lot of the history of the city packed into those few hours. Definitely bring comfortable shoes, as you’re stopping in aprox. 15 minute bursts, not just walking 100% of the time and there is definitely nowhere to sit as you’re on the sidewalk of a residential area. We had horrible pouring rain (and a tornado watch!) in the morning and the company was nice enough to offer us our choice to push the tour to later or the following day. Ended up having perfect weather! If you’re coming from the Quarter, you can take the St. Charles streetcar to and from a few blocks away from the meeting point if you don’t want to Uber. Definitely recommend this tour if you like big beautiful homes, history, or just love all New Orleans has to offer!

Garden district tour

The Garden District is beautiful! Read the fine print and know you don’t actually go in a graveyard though. We strolled around, learning about the history of different homes and the unique architectural styles. We also got to see different celebrity homes. Worth the time and money!
