On September 11th We booked a tour for September 14 for 5 people. And paid for it. On the morning of the 12th I received a text asking me to write a review of our tour. Well we didn’t take the tour. And I cannot find an active number or agent on chat to help me resolve this.

A great experience.. Made my trip to NYC more enjoyable. On first bus, it was like my own private tour because it was only two of us on the top deck.

A great way to “see” NYC and to explore areas you’re interested in! We could spend as much or as little time we wanted.

Buses were okay but not great bc dirty, no live guide and only one bus in north part of city. Driving was jerky & I’m surprised there are not safety warnings- has anyone ever hit their head on a traffic light? The app was helpful and recording was informational.

I have been to NY before but don't recall seeing such an informative tour. The weather was perfect for riding up top, and provided a much better view. It was thoroughly enjoyed!

Big Bus is the only stain on our NYC trip

Purchased online NYC Downtown trip for myself and my daughter, upon boarding Big Bus in the City Hall stop got scolded by driver for not having printed ticket. As a first time user of this service I had no idea that paper tickets are required, and quite frankly find it ridiculous. Paper shouldn’t be used if there is a QR to scan. Big Bus lost our business for any and all future city excursions.
