Never received ticket after purchase

Never received ticket after submitting payment. Ended up purchasing another ticket directly through venue. The official tickets from venue were also timed due to COVID and viator did not have an option for you to select a time. Will be disputing this charge with my credit card company and will be avoiding viator and trip advisor for any future bookings.

When I booked the tickets on this app, it never told us that the museum was closed for New Years Day!!! We ended up making an hour long trip to Brooklyn only to find out the museum was closed and now this app has also taken my money. I need a refund!! Never use it!!
