Simplify the entire process upon arrival at JFK International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA) or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). Travel to any Manhattan hotel in style and comfort by arranging for a private, luxury transfer vehicle. 

It couldn’t be easier. After leaving the baggage claim area, look for a professional chauffeur that’s holding a personalized sign. That’s it. Then hop in the vehicle as one, or with up to five other family and friends. The available options accommodate three people in a sedan,six people in an SUV or 9 people in a van. 

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of one suitcase and one carry-on bag.

After a long flight of 8 hours and in total over 11 hours of travelling it was a welcome sight ag the airport, to see my name held up as we came through arrivals (in lovely handwriting!) The journey from JFK to Manhattan took over an hour and a half in the worst traffic I have ever seen. However, the huge suburban we were collected in was comfy and we were dropped at the hotel. Would use again and recommend.

Purchased airport transfer which in writing included meet and greet upon arrival. Called earlier in the day to confirm this service and they said someone would meet me in baggage with sign with my name. No one was there. Called and dispatcher said someone should be there and he’d call. Then, minutes later called again and they told me I needed to walk to distant lot and car would meet met there. All the Uber’s and Lyfts were there. I’ll be requesting full refund. What a disaster.

We were diverted to Baltimore from LaGuardia due to weather, and finally got to our destination about 3.5 hours late. We were able to notify our transportation company as soon as we landed in Baltimore, which was the time they were supposed to be picking up in NYC. They eased our mind by letting us know that they would still pick us up whenever we arrived, and true to their word, within minutes of us notifying them, a driver was there with a sign with our name on it. We were a party of 6, and our 6 large suitcases fit fine in the back of a suburban type SUV. Driver was professional and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Having arranged both my pick up and drop off airport transfers via e-mail. I was slightly nervous that someone would be there to collect my friends and I when we arrived at Newark Airport. Our flight was slightly delayed and with the loooooong lines to get through security and passport control - I was unsure if our driver would still be waiting for us. However, once we finally got through - there they were with my name clearly printed on a sign. Our contact called the driver and he arrived with in minutes. I was really impressed with the organisation of the company and would definitely use them again. Thank you for making part of our journey so stress free.
