Amazing views of the Hudson River, statue of liberty and the city! The expel was very organized and staff is friendly. We've done other observatories in NYC and this was our favorite one by far! We will definitely be back!

Skip the line is a deceptive title. I waited in line outside to get in along with everyone else. No one was buying a ticket there. Everyone was in one long line and it didn’t matter what time your ticket reservation was for.

Very confusing in getting in. Skip the line meant nothing. Gentleman checking everyone coming in said a voucher was needed to get in early. I wasn’t the only one asking about this. Not interested in buying anything. Would have liked to sit and have a drink in the restaurant. Was told needed a reservation. No one was in the restaurant, when I asked. Kind of a joke!
