It really isn't a tour. No contact with driver but you get the limo to yourself. We made 3 stops to view the city. We did it with 3 teenagers and they had a blast. Just follow your route on phone and you know what you are passing. Very relaxing, not the crowded bus, but if you want an actual tour, this is not it. Drive was professional and left us alone. For me, that is what I like.

Don't do it! This is not a tour! While our driver was very professional and courteous, he did not give a tour. Even if he wanted to give a tour, the vehicle was not equipped to tell us what they were seeing. One of my guests had to run up the bus, find out from the driver what was coming up and run back to tell us what we would be looking at! There was no Times Square, no Herald Square and no Brooklyn Bridge! The champagne did help to alleviate the disappointment! I contacted the customer service department and was offered a 20 refund. While I appreciate that, I would have much rather received what was described in the marketing of this tour. The vehicle was beautiful, it was fun, but we did not receive what was advertised. The description should be changed to represent reality!

This was totally worth it! The driver picked us up at the hotel early. He asked if there were any points of interest that we wanted to see. We decided to go with what is on the tour, stopping to see the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge and a few other locations. We ended the night driving through Times Square to see the lights. If you're going to take pictures, don't forget to take your tripod for night time photos! This was an amazing experience and we will definitely be doing it every time we go to NYC! I would highly recommend this to everyone.

I had very high hopes for this trip but unfortunately my family and I were very disappointed. We came to the city for my fathers 60 birthday! The limo driver had no idea he was suppose to give us a tour. We got lost twice and then he told us we were going to get charged extra. Not a god experience.
