Driver was a no show- looked for him/her for 25 minutes then ended up paying for a taxi. FYI taxi from the airport to waikiki is only 60 bucks and very easy to get.

We booked a round trip from the Airport to our Hotel in Waikiki. The first part never happened and we had to catch a Taxi. The return trip did happen, after several phone calls and feeble explanations. We were not impressed, and will find it difficult to use Viator and Speedi-shuttle again.
