They have a lei stand right outside the airport that I probably would’ve been more happy with. This company met us with the wrong order which was fine. A little discouraging but I think that was just confusing on how to purchase the different options. With that being said… We owed for one extra. These guys literally called us every few hours until we paid them. Being on vacation… Driving… Trying to navigate… Having a tiny baby.... I just felt like timing was off every time they called and it seemed like the only thing they were really worried about. The flowers were beautiful and they were where they were supposed to be when we got to the airport.

Josie was FABULOUS! She was perfect awaiting for us. Big smile and so anxious to meet us. Josie gave us so much valuable information that was so helpful for our trip. She also stayed with us until our baggage was in our hands. We had a not so great flight out and our bags unknown to us was on a different plane that what we came in for. She knew what to do and how to help us find them.

Our greeter was awesome. She was waiting for us right at the gate and greeted as we got off our flight. All other greeters were in the bag claim area so we felt this was a special touch. She stayed with us while we located our bags and helped locate the area our car would be arriving.

The young lady who met us at our gate was wonderful. She had a sign with our names and immediately offered to do a traditional Hawaiian welcome with beautiful double orchid Lei's. She then took our pictures and proceeded to escort us to the baggage claim. Thanks for making us feel so special from the minute we landed in Honolulu. I definitely recommend the deluxe lei as they looked so much better than the single strand leis that a lot of the other people had.

The greeter, Josie, was excellent!! She was at the gate when we arrived and greeted us then took time to walk us to baggage claim then to our car rental along the way taking pictures and giving us recommendations on what to do and see!! Thank you Josie!!!

This was a great "Aloha" experience for our travelers. I had it set up for my daughter and her husband as they were arriving for our family trip earlier than the rest of the party. They were so excited to be met at the gate with the lei. The company representative then escorted them to baggage claim. It really made their day. I would do it again and every time we or friends go to Hawaii!
