Don't spend the money

Waste of money. You don't need to pay a penny for this experience. You get to do everything for free once you get there. Save your money and just show up.
This is NOT a package

The title is very misleading. This is not for admission to ANYTHING. It is simply a headset and audio of the FREE tour. Don't waste your money. And, they will not refund you!

don't buy it, you can take the real tour for free once you get there. the at himself understands the place told me that this is not worth it, and there is no way to reimburse me at the time, I lost $100, save your money and go directly to the place, to enter the memorial it is free.

Don’t loose your money the tour to the USSR ARIZONA IS FREE !!! This is a scam they charge you 40 dollars for something that is free. At the Musuem They ONLY accept reservations done through the Pearl Harbor web page to assure your spot at the time you want to visit but if you don’t reserve through the page the can put you on a waiting list that same day so you ca see it and all this is absolutely FREEEEEE

Aloha, I'm sorry you may have been misinformed. The Arizona Package that you purchased is for the Narrated Tour that accompanies you while you are in the Park and on the USS Arizona Memorial. It acts as your tour guide for information since there are no tour guide in the Park. The Boat ticket is your transportation out to the Memorial and can be reserved at Please let us know if you would prefer a refund on your Arizona Package. Mahalo.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. You can rent the audio tour at the USS Arizona visitor center for $7.50. The tickets for the Boat tour & Memorial visit are FREE. We had absolutely no problem getting the Memorial boat ride & visit, and we arrived at about 10 AM. The advertising is very deceptive, and when you read what's included, they write "USS" without any description of what "USS" means, leading you to believe that this "package" includes the Arizona boat ride & visit. Then it lists the USS Arizona visit in "what's not included" I really don't see what makes this "package" worth the money.
So humbling

This is something everyone should see. To be able to see where WW II started for us was humbling and rewarding. The tour was exceptional. Only downside was not being able to go on the Arizona museum due to repairs.
