Here's where the magic happens, we're going to transform corn into real tortillas and eat them with some salsas and toppings (that we'll prepare too).

Brilliant authentic Oaxacan cooking experience. Luis is a great instructor and is very knowledgeable and passionate about the food. The whole day was very interpersonal which made it ideal to ask questions and get a real understanding about oaxacan culture, traditions and the processes behind the cuisine.

Loved everything about this mini course. Luis is a smart, easy-going teacher of the Mexican cuisine. I learned a lot while shopping at a local market, going to a neighborhood mill to grind the corn and helping to cook the delicious meal.
The conversation with this knowledgeable cook was an extra to this great course.
