I booked an airport transfer to hotel the day before my trip (last minute the other one fell through) I was contacted through what's app via text then had a phone conversation after my arrival with coordinator who gave the info to the driver...he walked through the crowd with my name scrolling on his phone for me to find him. He was courteous & helpful...loaded our luggage and unloaded our luggage after he delivered us right to the door of our hotel....excellent service without a hitch!!
