The airboat ride was fun and about the right amount of time... we saw multiple alligators and other wildlife. Can't recommend the Kennedy Space Center enough for those with even a little interest in space and science.

Booking the excursion was very easy on the Viator app. The price point was on target. Great communication from the company. Pick up was right on time. Robin our tour guide was great. Brian the bus driver was awesome. The jet boat ride was fun & saw lots of alligators & the scenery was beautiful. Kennedy Space Center is set up amazingly & offers so much information. This was a great piece of history to be a part of! We all enjoyed our day!

There was a launch and that created traffic issues. The bus was late picking us up from the air boats and so we got a very limited amount of time to see everything. Also the music choice on the bus was not a good one. Religious music was all that was played.

Súper crowed poorly managed cranky staff. No where to seat while watching millions of short videos that can be viewed on line. Very disappointed
icon Response from Host , Apr 2022
The Kennedy Space Center gets very crowded on launch dates, we are sorry you had to experience the crowds and couldn't enjoy the Complex.

Too much time spent picking up customers.

    , Apr 2022
Bus driver and tour guide were great. The drawback was that we were the first stop to be picked up and spent over an hour driving around picking up other customers at different pick up sites. In hindsight I should have just made my own reservations and driven myself to the KSC and boat ride. If you don’t have a car then one departure location would have been better for us.
icon Response from Host , Apr 2022
Thank you for your feedback. We are actually about to make some changes to our pickup schedule that should help with that issue.

This was a special day. Every single person in our party enjoyed it, from ages 68-6 1/2. I can’t recommend it highly enough. The boat ride was amazing. The Kennedy Space Center was both moving & fun. I highly recommend taking a day away from the parks to come to this must see place.

There is so much natural beauty in the area...if you just go to the amusement parks you miss out on a lot of stuff!. Thank you for your comments

Space Kennedy is an amazing place although we arrived before the opening of the new Gateway, the Everglades boat ride is in no way the Everglades, it is sone water next to a main motorway, run down and dirty, book space Kennedy or go to the actual Everglades, Viator please just change description to Air Boat ride and remove Everglades,
icon Response from Host , Mar 2022
We’re glad to hear you had a blast at Kennedy Space Center. Sorry that the airboat ride didn’t meet your expectations. There’s many places in the Orlando area, which are considered the headwaters of the Everglades. We hope you’ll give it another try sometime soon. Thank you for your feedback and traveling with us.

Kennedy Space Centre is amazing for anyone with an interest in space exploration. It was rather overwhelmed with school parties! And no body’s fault the weather cut short our Everglades boat trip. We still got a glimpse or two of the gators. The Viator team were great though. Thanks to our guide Dave and driver Carlos.

We're glad you had a great time. Thank you so much for sharing. So sorry they had to cut the airboats shorter than expected, the weather is just unpredictable here in Florida - safety comes first. We hope to see you again soon and you give it another try! Thanks again for traveling with us.

Overall both the locations were Good. We enjoyed the Kennedy Space Center very much & the boat ride to some extent. Even our guide on the bus was amazing. But, organizing the entire trip went horribly wrong. Mainly because the resources allocated to it were poorly planned. Poor planning resulted in wasting our valuable time 3 times during the trip(~30 to 40 minutes each time). When we are paying $150, we were expecting to have the bus ready when all people were ready to onboard. But, the bus got delayed all the time by more than 30 min. Maybe, it was a good trip for $100 worth. The extra $50 we are paying for the services like a quick pickup or to save time is absolutely a waste of money. If you are planning to visit the Kennedy Space Center, I recommend using the $57 trip by the same agency(Then you may book the Air ride on a separate day for ~30$). That's definitely worth it. But, $145 for the combined package was a disaster.
icon Response from Host , Jan 2022
Thank you so much for your valued feedback. We're glad you enjoyed Kennedy Space Center as well as the Airboat ride. We understand that a short delay can be frustrating, which was caused by a lot of traffic and fog that morning. We try our best to always minimize your wait time. The $57 trip mentioned is for transportation only, and does not include any admission tickets. We hope to see you again and wish a Happy New Year.

Great Space Center “shows” and actual Atlantis and Saturn 5 Apollo rocket 🚀. Then after the mental stimulation, a really fun ride through Everglades. Saw over 10 alligators🐊 - close and big. Real thrill- fist time in air boat after years of boating. 😀

Thank you so much for your feedback and we are so happy you had a great time. We couldn't agree more on this combination. Thank you again and we hope to see you in Orlando in the near future!

The airboat was awesome! More fun then I expected abd we did see a couple gators. NASA on the other hand was not as good as it used to be. You used to get to take as bus tour out to the launch pads and actually get a guided tour with lots of info. Not anymore. The bus drive just drops you off at the space shuttle building. It’s still neat to see but not like it used to be. Also, not sure the tour operator but wasn’t impressed with them. They were all very nice but we got very little information from our guide. They changed the pick up location the day before the tour so we had to Uber 20 minutes further then where original pick up was. They were 25 minutes late picking up and we left the Space Center 50 minutes then we were supposed to after waiting for two people who never showed up. They should have had better command of that situation. Good activities but next time I would just rent a car and go myself.

Thank you so much for your feedback and this is very important to other guests who look to book this tour. There has been some changes at Kennedy Space center during the pandemic as all businesses are running into staff shortages. We apologize that other late guests caused the tour to be delayed without communication but do hope you enjoyed the airboat ride at the end of your day! Thank you again!

The communication was excellent, whenever I had a question, I had an immediate response. The information regarding the pick up location was accurate. The tour bus was on time and the driver was polite and there were some late people. We waited for them but no one complained and understood which made the ride more enjoyable. Enjoyed both trips to the Everglades and the space center. Travelers please tip your servers.
