Service was poor, the cruise was half empty and they wouldn’t give us a window table without paying 15 extra per person, the waiter was rude and forgot about our order. Also the Viator page says the 6:45pm cruise is 2 h long when in reality is jist one hour. I don’t recommend

This is a scam never book we need refund

Very bad service, we’ve booked and paid online, we arrived at the address on the booking 30minutrs before departure, no one was there to help us and we’ve called them so many times, messages and email, no responded at all and it’s was our engagement celebration we ended up just eating in the little place around the Seine. Very very bad amd we’ve requested our money back. Hopefully we will hear from them here. Please don’t book this boas very bad customer service and we’ve missed big event of our life.

The boat is very good and leaves a very good impression, good options to enjoy views from the Seine. Also we liked that there was limited number of guests and therefore did not felt as being in too crowded place. We were dissapointed with average/below average experience in respect with quality of the food and service which seems to focus on timing (appr 1h10min) and and unfortunatelly also missing some items already paid for (e.g., cake tends to be more enjoyable for us with coffeee, however this was not an option for us at this dinner). Would enjoy trip on Seine again, but would choose another option for dinner.

Booked this dinner boat at the last minute. It was fast and easy. We had a nice experience except it was unusually hot that day and we were seated in the front center so the sun was on us the whole time. Food was decent and the view was spectacular.

The boat wasn’t as fancy as I thought it would be & they made out so I felt very overdressed (but tbh most people were the same as me). Unfortunately the tide was too high so we were unable to leave the dock. I understand that this couldn’t be helped & that it was for our own safety but there was nothing to compensate this, maybe an extra free drink or something? The food was lovely tho and the service was great! I wouldn’t book this one again but there wasn’t much available as it was Valentine’s weekend.
