The customer service for this site was horrible and made me lose money. The information wasn’t the best either🙄#notimpressed

Great way to start your Paris visit!
, Sep 2021
This is a great way to start Paris visit, so you can ride around the city to see everything from the bus before visiting individual places later... And it was really easy to exchange voucher for the ticket in the ticket office, and the bus was there right on time!
Recieving information...

Recieving information about Paris was pretty cool. You got informationypu wouldn't get if taking a normal tour through the city.
Not bad but could be better
, Sep 2021
Probably due to Covid but no actual guide and the recordings were old, gave information about Notre Dame before the fire as if it had never happened. Really long stops almost 15 minutes at 2 places. That should be shortened..
Good time

It was way more extensive than we expected. We learned a lot about the city’s history. Definitely worth the money.
Total waste of time and money
, Sep 2021
There are only 10 stops (2 of which are the same) and there is a lot of walking to certain tourist stops. After our 10 kin walk, we saw the same bus pass our location I would suggest adding at least 5 more stops to get you closer to the points of interest. Route starts 9:30a/10a and last route is at 6p, so that left us stranded at our far away destination and a 20 euro cab ride back (this happened both days r= 40 euros total). It was hard to plan our timed entry museum entries to the bus route. Audio recorded info about the city points in multiple languages. We had the 1 hr cruise add on, that starts at Noon near Eiffel. The cruise was fine but hard to plan when you want to other site seeing.
