Don’t hop on

The website said the bus ran Until 6:30. Not only did it Stop at 5:30, but it literally just stopped. Get off here. Your is over. It didn’t even finish the loop so we got stuck 2 miles from where we needed to get off and never even saw Notre Dam

Rainy day, nice tour of major sites, good narration. Pick up location of number 5 stop is confusing on google maps. It’s at the bus stop to left of bridge.

Relaxing scenic tour around Paris with a narration that was both historical with “juicy” insider tidbits that made it fun.

The website and paper of Viator says that there are 2 tours with the big bus in Paris but when you collect your ticket they will tell you there is only 1 tour left. And then it is impossible to reach Viator. Very, very bad.

Lovely ride around Paris

You get to see all the main tourist sites. The buses are frequent enough that you never wait too long ( around 20 min)...On bus commentary is also very interesting and detailed. The only annoying thing is you always have to exchange the voucher you get via email for a ticket at one of their offices. Which means you end up staying in line with everyone else even though you booked in advance.

Great tour. I liked the app a lot. It tells you exactly where you are at all times and also shows you where the next bus is at (dynamic) . Great tape commentary

Great way to tour the city on a rainy day. Loved historical facts and the boat cruise!

Great convenient way to tour the city. Loved all the historical facts. Happy to avoid walking in the rain and pleasantly surprised to be given a hooded rain poncho & ear buds. Loved the boat cruise! Only frustration- the constant audio issues and not know the schedules.

Very convenient way to see the city, especially during a short trip. It was my daughter’s first trip to Paris and the Big Bus was a great way to get an overview of Paris.

Unfair depiction of service

It gets you around. That pretty much covers it. The schedule is a lie. It says every 10-15 minutes on the red line. We easily waited 30-40 minutes. We had multiple busses from the same other company passing in the meantime. That's disappointing. Their electric bus is quite new, the other we drove are old. In retrospect I would have preferred the metro or a company with a better schedule. You can decide once you're there. It wasn't cheaper to book in advance even though the site suggested it was.
