    Something old made new

Loved experiencing Disneyland in Paris! It was very clean. We wished they had churros and popcorn stand open but that could have been due to poor weather.

Ticket was invalid. Customer service appalling when dealing with refund. Not using this site again. They didn’t even take responsibility for the ticket problem.

    Given Wrong Ticket

I don’t think I’ll ever buy tickets for Disneyland from a website like this again! I got told the ‘mini’ offer I purchased would be valid through the end of March; however, when I arrived at Disneyland yesterday, I was told I would have to pay the astronomical difference between a mini park offer’ and a ‘magic park offer.’ Feeling well and truly ripped off!

    Watvh the peak dates

We were concerned that the Disney website listed different peak time tickets than the viator site. We called in advance to varify and were told that their dates were correct. When we arrived we were told that we could not use the tickets and ended up having to pay an upgrade to get in.

It was ok .. we didn’t know about the reservation restaurants requirements .. we should of done more research ..being from California you expect the park to be sane or better ... this park is extremely smaller .. weather was really cold not Disney’s fault ... would come back when it warms up

Check the Disneyland website calendar for valid ticket dates before your purchase

Please be careful when purchasing tickets for Disneyland via Viator. Certain tickets only work on certain dates (depending on school holidays etc), but the Viator website does not specify this. We had a dated ticket that we were unable to use because Viator had allowed us to buy the wrong kind of ticket for our chosen date, so when we arrived at the Disneyland gate we had to pay extra money to meet the cost of a full price ticket. However, I'm giving credit where credit is due, because Viator refunded me the extra money that I had to pay at the gate and they did so swiftly.

    Wrong season ticket

In general the experience was good, we manage to easily change the voucher in the automatic machines in the entrance. We do it using our phone but be aware that the code will not be read if you don't have a white background in your phone. What was bad was the fact that when we bought the tickets in viator we had the Mini Tickets available for the day that we want, we even select the day in their site but then when we were tying to entry in the first park our entrance was denied has we didn't had the right ticket, the ticket for the right season. The day we wanted was considered as high season and in viator we had the option to buy the ticket for that same date as it would be a low season. We end up by pay more than if we buy directly in Disneyland official website. So I really recommend to buy there as at least you can be sure to which season you are buying.

The online ‘vouchers’ that Viator issued for our family were inclusive of bar codes, so, for obvious reasons, we thought these must surely grant us direct entry into the park, after all, the vouchers themselves do state that you must ‘exchange your voucher at the self-service kiosk at the park entrance’. However, upon arrival at the Disneyland Park, we were informed that in order to actually get into the park we first needed to go to the Guest Relations desk, so that we could exchange the vouchers for actual tickets. There was no mention of the self-service kiosk desks that Viator talk of in the voucher. After queuing for an hour and a half at Guest Relations, we finally manage to get our vouchers exchanged for tickets, only to get to the entrance desk and be told that the the vouchers, issued by Viator, were in fact for MiniMagic tickets, meaning we could not be granted entry into the park unless we paid the difference in ticket fees and upgrade to MaxiMagic tickets - which was the correct ticket type for the date. So, it was back to Guest Relations, wasting even more of the one full day we had to spend in the Disneyland park, whilst trying our very best to occupy our very bored and frustrated three year old. We managed to get into the park three and a half hours late. I find it absolutely appalling that our first ever trip to Disneyland as a family was such a disaster. I’ve been to Disney parks several times before and never have I experienced anything quite like this. I will opt to book tickets via the Disney website next time, as I’ve been informed that this format does grant you direct entry into the park, avoiding the horrendously long queues that you must endure in order to transfer the, and I quote, ‘New, faster, easier’ vouchers. We unfortunately do not intend on booking any future attractions tickets through Viator. We’ve well and truly lost all confidence in you as a provider.

The most magical place on earth!

It is a beautiful walk in the enchanted forest. There was so much attention to detail it is mind boggling. My only suggestion is that they more cast members. Thank you Disneyland Paris we had a magnificent day. P.S pls advise people who buy a voucher to get their tickets at kiosk prior to forming a line. I read it in small writing however bold writing would have been more helpful.

    No magic

Firstly we were sold tickets for February that were not valid! What a scam. The park is expensive, so so busy, queuing for an hour or more for a ride that lasts 45seconds. There’s no magic, things get cancelled or are closed.
