Phang Nga Bay Sea Cave Canoeing & James Bond Island w/ Buffet Lunch by Big Boat

Good organization, excellent meal, nice personal and superior location. It was the best trip during our stay in Thailand .

The pickup at the hotel was flawless and the boat was nice and clean. TONY our MS was full of jokes and fun to spend the day with. The guy that rowed our boat was very friendly and informative. Thank you DAN. Now for the reason of my low score. First of all the floor of the boat is dangerously slippery and three passengers had bad falls. The joke of the trip was the SOFT DRINKS. It was advertised that soft drinks would be available, but no such thing. The only drinks on board were a can of water that nobody could tell me where it came from and if it is clean and a can of sugary water. Three of the passengers in our group of six are diabetics. When I asked if I could get a sugar free drink for them Tony told me it is company policy that they only give a VERY small cup of Original Coke at lunch and that they don’t care about diabetics, but cater for vegetarians. At lunch time I was given a piece of fried chicken as big as my thumb and was refused a second piece because again it was not company policy to give more. The beers on board was priced much higher that you would pay anywhere in Phuket. I would never use Amazing canoeing.com again. This was the fifth time that I brought customers to Phuket and all the previous companies were far better.

Absolutely amazing! Our tour guides were great and our canoe driver was even better. He made sure we had the best experience by getting us extra close to the monkeys and making us gifts from the surrounding nature. Food was also great.

An amazing day. Absolutely beautiful.Going through those caves was interesting especially when they open up to these beautiful spots. All nature. Met so many others on the boat - so friendly. Not sure what was more fun: jumping off side of boat or the dancing on the boat. My gf and I had a blast!!!!! JUST DO IT!!!

Mediocre experience. The ferry is way to slow, though it gives you the chance to take in the beautiful scenery of Phang Nga Bay Sea. Tour guides were not very informative and did not seem very motivated. Only the younger employees seemed to be eager to show us around. Our canoeing 'guy' was great fun and even took pictures of us. Food was decent. Beverages were offered. This trip is worth it just for the breathtaking scenery. However, if you have the choice between a ferry and a speedboat, do yourself a favor and choose the speedboat.

Nice crew on the boat with good food. In December water can be a bit low so you dont get the full experience while triping a round in the caves. All in all Tony was a good guide and a funny man!

This tour organisation was a mess! Transfers were messy. Big boats cannot stop at James Bond island so we had to be transferred from the big boat on to a long tail boat to stop at the island. One of the long tail boat motors stopped working, which meant it had to be tied up to another boat to get to the big boat. Guide made bad jokes throughout and on the way back there was a lady boy show which was not detailed on the tour. There were also small children on the tour which made it extremely uncomfortable. Had a feeling the journey back with the boat was not going to end. The only good part of the tour was the canoeing experience in the caves. Would recommend choosing a different tour company to go to James Bond island.

We had an excellent time overall. Compared to other boats, we had fewer people and a more intimate setting. Staff was incredible!

This trip was very relaxing and we saw some beautiful scenery. I'm not much of a fan of boating but the water was calm and the boat ride was very pleasant. The first stop for canoeing was a surprise to me. I had completely different idea of what this tour was. The "canoeing" was really an inflatable boat that looks like a big kayak. There are people who paddle it and all you need to do is sit back and relax. It was fun going through the caves and the scenery was very beautiful. We did more canoeing a bit later and checked out some other islands. The only issue I had was lunch. The food was good but there chaos at the buffet which was set up in the middle of the boat. There was little room to move on either side and no apparent start or finish so people just pushed in wherever they wanted to. There was plenty of food so no need to push in. It was quite uncomfortable. Also, the people who had been sitting on the sides near the buffet all moved to other spots because of the crowds. This meant it became difficult to find a place to sit. I would recommend this tour as a delightful day out.
