Pick up will be at all Hotels and vacation rentals accommodation of Riviera Maya area includes and only Cancun area have a little charge. We give you pick up time after your confirmation book.

Start your small-group tour of Coba and Tulum with pickup from your Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya hotel. Get comfortable in your air-conditioned minivan for the drive to each archaeological site. A buffet lunch and beverages are provided during the day.

Coba is your first stop, with a tour of the preserved and rebuilt ruins. At its peak, Coba had a population of about 50,000 inhabitants and an area of 80 square miles (129 sq km). Walk past two ball courts and see the sacbé, or white roads, that once linked Maya cities. If you'd like, climb the 120 steep steps up Nohoch Mul—the tallest pyramid on the Yucatán Peninsula—and be rewarded with views of the dense jungle from the top.

Then head down to Cho Ha Cenote for a spectacular swim in the emerald waters of this sinkhole. Highlights include limestone stalactites formed over centuries.

From there, drive to Tulum, the only archaeological site built on the Caribbean coast. Once a thriving seaport, it housed Maya nobility and merchants within its walls. Meander the groomed paths with your guide who points out noteworthy structures such as a restored temple whose murals reveal ancient red pigments. Learn about the Spanish conquest of the city during your walk around.

The final stop on your full-day tour is Playa Paraiso (Paradise Beach), one of the most visited beaches of the Riviera Maya. Relax under a palm tree and soak up the last hours of sun or swim in the turquoise sea, with a prime view of the ruins above.

Your tour concludes with transport back to your hotel in Playa del Carmen or the Riviera Maya.

Family Adventure from Maui

The tour guides were amazing ,Francisco and Rolando. Beautiful private tour with our Ohana! Loved the Sonote for swimming the best. The two person bike ride was another highlight. Two of us were on a seat and a rider/driver behind. There were enough for the whole family. The food for lunch was local and yummie! They took us to open air shops that had good prices. Mainly we enjoyed the tour guides as well.

Best tour guide in Tulum
Melissa_Holland
, May 2021
Our tour guide, Ulises, was extremely knowledgeable about the Mayan culture & helpful in every way possible! Unfortunately, the Tulum ruins were closed due to COVID-19 (the staff at the ruins had a positive case), but we went to the Muyil ruins instead and still had the best time! It rained 60% of the time, (We are the ones who planned our vacation during the rainy season) However, even with the rain, Ulises took care of us and made sure we we had a good time! In Coba, we didn’t have pesos to pay for bikes to ride through the ruins and Ulises loaned us his own pesos for us to be able to ride. The cenote was beautiful & lunch was homemade, traditional Mexican food and it was so dang good. Can’t wait to book another tour with them on our next vacation in Mexico! Pro Tip: bring some pesos for bikes, shopping, and drinks in Coba! Very small, beautiful city that only takes pesos in some places

Mayan Ruins with a living history guide Ulysses

Ulysses and our driver were the best. Picked up promptly in Playa at 7:30am and headed out to Tulum. We had to tour Muyil because staff at Tulum tested positive. After touring Muyil, we headed to Paradise Beach and I noticed we were only a short walk up the beach from Tulum so during our hour scheduled at beach, took a 15 minute walk up the beach towards Tulum and the view of Tulum from beach was amazing. Jumped in the van and headed to Coba for a buffet lunch (fantastic) and then a tour of Coba. At Coba, we hired a Coba Bicycle Taxi, and Luis' was excellent. After Coba we went for a swim in a cenote' close to Coba and the returned to Playa. A great experience and a fun filled day.

The ruins were fabulous, even though Tulum was closed. We went to Muyil instead, and with Jesus’s love of the Mayan history, we didn’t feel like we missed anything, Finishing the day at the cenote was absolutely amazing!

Martin and Joel were excellent guides. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. They really went above and beyond for their guests. The archaeological sites were amazing. The traditional Mayan lunch on this trip was probably our favorite meal during our stay in Mexico. The people were amazing at every stop that we made. Definitely recommend!

Great time

Ulysses was great, he is super passionate and informative. Tulum ruins were shut down since a worker there got covid but he messaged us before hand and we went to a different set of ruins. Everything was great, thank you. I will note another group on the trip complained among themselves that they were staying in Cancun and didn't realize the long travel time to Tulum. This has nothing to do with the tour company/ guide. How stupid can they be, look up at a map before booking something.

The cenote swim was fantastic. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Beach was nice but full of seaweed. The ruins were beautiful. Super hot in Tulum though

Terrible

Due to unexpected hotel issues. I needed to reschedule my trip. This company was not helpful at all and basically kept all the money for themselves. They did not offer any compensation, credit, or refund. Seems like the tour company wants money.

wow! You changed the location of the hotel the day before, it is not possible to make changes within 24 hours, even so we accept the change, we gave you a pick-up time at your new hotel. We went to pick her up at the indicated time at her new hotel and she did not show up. We were waiting with more clients in the lobby of your hotel for more than 15 min. After this you send us a message that you need to change the day of the excursion. I think you are the terrible person to put this comment. You have bad faith and write the comment to harm our company and our workers. The only person who did not comply with the service agreement was you.
