BEYOND WEAK!!!

I had a great trip to Playa and this was easy the worst part of my trip. My tour guide, Hugo, was pathetic. I was the only of the close to 15 people on the tour that spoke English. Hugo would talk Spanish for about 10 minutes and then translate to me in about 20 seconds. He was leaving stuff out. He also give no assistance about how to sign up for things. The beach at Xcaret is nice and the show is fantastic. Trying to get back home was also a disaster. This tour sucked!!!!
