And for hotels in Tulum City or Tulum Hotel Zone we dont provide pick up service. If your hotel or aparment is in Tulum Down Town or Tulum Hotel Zone you must arrive by your way to our cheking point in Cenotes Hidden Treasures

Costumers staying in aparments or houses in Playa del Carmen we pick up them in our meeting points in the Down Town. We´ll provide the nearest meeting point to the aparment or house to you the afternoon before to the tour.

Great Experience....Over too soon

I had a great time visiting the cenotes, my only complaint is that it was all over too quickly. The tour itself lasted 1.5 hours in order to accommodate the other guests that had other activities like scuba diving or pyramids after the cenotes. I left my Airbnb around 7 and was back by 11:30 so it's a solid half day, but if you are interested in enjoying the cenotes at a more leisurely pace, I would look at hiring a taxi and paying an entrance fee and leaving when you are ready. You will absolutely need a guide for the young underground cenotes. Overall, it was a great and memorable tour!
