Our Columbia Gorge trip, hosted by Peter, was outstanding in every way. Perfect weather, right on time, and very informative. The area is spectacular and well worth spending time enjoying. You won’t be disappointed!

Our tour guide, Peter, was wonderful! He shared so much information about the waterfalls and all kinds of data regarding Oregon. He is a natural tour guide as he has a perfect voice and has the information and love of the area. Very conscientious and he really tries hard to make the experience fantastic. The waterfalls are stunning!
Lots to see
, Aug 2021
We were picked up from our hotel, we saw Multnomah, Horsetail, Shepherds Dell, Latquerell Falls, salmon hatchery, Vista House with guide Pete. Pete and other guests on tour were accommodating when I asked to make a short stop at gift store on way down so I could pickup a souvenir that I missed the first time. We saw a lot. I would recommend this tour.

Both you and your husband were a delight to have along. It's nice to know the other guests were happy to accommodate you. Stay safe and enjoy your visit to Seattle.

Was very informative. Had a blast. The waterfalls we saw during the tour were gorgeous as well as the drive through the trees.

Great tour
, May 2021
Very thorough tour of the waterfall areas. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area, plants, how the rivers were formed, history, etc. We had plenty of time to take pictures and look around the waterfall areas, he never rushed us. Not a tour to hike the areas much but very nice to get outside the city and see more of Oregon.
Breathtaking views and personalized tour guides

This tour was simply amazing!! Only light amounts of hiking and all are group determined (optional) which is nice. The way they structure the tour is fantastic (lots of photo opportunities, etc) and each visit builds to the next one and the view from the Vista House at the end is completely breath taking. Our tour guide, Peter, was epic. He was like an encyclopedia of Oregon history and once he finds out a subject you like, he can fascinate you with lots of tailored facts and experiences. For example, I’m from the mountains of NC and both places have trillium flowers that bloom every 7 years. I’ve never actually seen one in real life so Peter took us to see an entire patch of them. It was such an unbelievable experience to see those rare flowers and learn about edible plants that were growing naturally along the path. This tour was worth the price in the first 10 minutes and I will do this upon every trip to Oregon!!! Seriously, you should choose this tour group to support a small business and be amazed by Peter the Encyclopedia!!

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and had many entertaining stories along the trip. Fun and enjoyable!
Best Tour Ever
, Oct 2020
This was best tour we have ever been on! Pete is a walking-talking dictionary when it comes to waterfalls and Portland! We went on the tour for our 22nd wedding anniversary and it was worth it! Watching the salmon spawn was also a highlight! Thanks Pete, for your vast knowledge, exceptional hospitality, and great conversations you gave us!

Thanks so much. I found your company and questions invigorating. So glad you had a good tour. Did you make it back to Seattle safely.
The best waterfall tour with an even better guide!

Peter is the best tour guide we have ever had the pleasure of interacting with! He is so knowledgeable about the area and is a naturalist at heart. We learned so much about the nature surrounding the waterfalls as well as Oregon history. We thoroughly enjoyed our adventure. Book this tour with Peter and you won’t be disappointed!

I just moved to the area and took my niece on the tour. Peter was fantastic! I got to see the beautiful area I now call home and learned way more than I ever expected.
Most informative!

We both enjoyed our tour to the waterfalls. Had we done this on our own, I think we would have missed a lot! Well done!
Memorable tour

Peter, our guide, was brilliant. He presented information about the geography, history, flora and fauna of the Columbia river Gorge in an interesting way, and was also informative about Portland itself whilst on the minibus driving through the city towards the Gorge.
Breathtaking Falls

Such a beautiful reflection of God’s work! The falls are breathtaking, the trees are lush and vibrant, and the river is. This is truly nature at it’s best! Tour guide was conversant and knowledgeable. The hikes were fun. We were moved from the PM tour to the AM tour, and I am glad of the switch. Less crowd and traffic in the morning. I definitely recommend this tour!
Waterfall Heaven!

Knowledgeable tour guide presented history, geography, and biology of the Columbia River Gorge in an engaging way. And, no, waterfalls are not all the same!!! Must see!!!
Highly Recommend this Tour

This tour was an excellent way to spend our afternoon. Peter is an incredibly knowledgeable tour guide, and we learned a lot about Oregon history, geology, and culture along the way. We especially enjoyed seeing Latourell falls and the amazing view of the Columbia River Gorge from Crown Point vista. I would highly recommend this experience.
Beautiful scenery, fantastic guide!
, Apr 2019
We traveled to Portland for a family trip - it was all adults. Our guide, Peter, was so wonderful from the moment he picked us up! He was super knowledgable about the area and did a great job giving us a background about all the waterfalls/places we visited along the way. I also have to add that my mom is hard of hearing, but she had no problem hearing Peter's booming voice (he'd be a great radio announcer!). Peter also accommodated an extra stop that we wanted to make on our way home. We had a great day touring the Columbia River Gorge & Oregon's beautiful waterfalls, and I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting the area!

My sister and I are so glad that we did the tour as opposed to renting a car for we have would have missed a lot of the amazing waterfalls history, and details that Pete gave us for our day of Wonder. He was absolutely amazing and this is a must see!!
Easy day trip from Portland
, Sep 2018
Peter was an excellent guide to the Columbia River Gorge area and waterfalls, and gave good tips on restaurants back in Portland. He picks you up at your hotel and drops you off there at the end of tour. This is an easy tour, nothing very strenuous, about 4 or 5 hours total duration including travel time to and from Portland.
Excellent Tour
, Jul 2018
Wonderful experience. Pete, our guide, was fantastic in every way. Very personable, knowledgeable and passionate about the Oregon scenery. Since the waterfall areas are so crowded in the summer, you really need a guide to navigate the parking and traffic situations to be able to see the falls - and Pete was ideal for that. Highly recommend!
