Love this excursion
, Dec 2020
Loved this excursion. Shared a family buggy with my son and his girlfriend. Had a great time. Drove through lots of mud, jumped in water in a cave, visited a beach, swam with stingrays and sharks, went snorkeling on a boat that had a water slide. Everyone on the boat had a blast. Staff was amazing! Would do this excursion again.
Catamaran 5, Dune Buggy 3

The only reason I’m giving this 5 stars is because of The Catamaran. It was the most enjoyable part of the excursion! My boyfriend and I went for my birthday and they made it so enjoyable! The staff was amazing and made you feel comfortable. For Dune Buggy, we were so excited to splash through puddles & get muddy, but that barely happened. The staff didn’t let us go through much and pretty much ruined the the experience. As for the views, they were beautiful. I enjoyed the chocolate/coffee tasting and visiting the cave. It was so beautiful and great for pictures.

Gross Excursion

Where to begin????? We were picked up at our hotel in an 'open air' bus. The wind and the rain were lashing in the sides as the driver did not bother to lower the flaps! I ended up with an earache!!!!! We arrived at the 'dune buggy' site and were guided to a filthy buggy with disgusting helmets. The steering was extremely sloppy and a bit scary as children came running from homes towards the buggies! And, brakes did not work well!!! There was garbage all along the sides of the roads!!!!! We had to drive through numerous ponds of deep muddy water which splashed over us. We had to throw out our shirts, sandals and our beach bag!!!! This was not the experience we read about!!!!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND this excursion to anyone!!!!

Dear Sir, we are sorry that you have not had a pleasant time in these activities. Well, if the boy in the truck was not under the curtains, it was his mistake and we apologized. As for sludge and others, if you look at the description of the activities offered on our website, it says so, also what most people enjoy is getting dirty and in their case it was not. We respect your opinion and appreciate your comment. Thank you very much for choosing us and we hope to reward you sometime perhaps in another of the many activities we offer.
David is the best!!

David was great tour guide. He provided excellent information. His insight to flora and fana was superior. In addition, he had a great sense of humor
David, our tour guide, was excellent!

The dune buggy experience was pretty awesome! We had some rain come through in the morning, and assaulting innocent civilians by blasting through puddles at 50km/hour was a pleasure that I would have paid hundreds more for. David, our tour guide, did a great job of getting our group to avoid large groups of tourists by always staying one step ahead of them. The wait for the bus back to the hotel was longer than expected, but if I had to do everything all over again, I most certainly would.

People were great!!! They made it an absolute great experience! Getting muddy and having an awesome time!
Be aware catamaran is a party boat!

Buggys were fun but landscape not great just bumpy roads. Catamaran was good but if we knew it was a party boat we wouldn't have booked. Music was loud and lots of very inappropriate dancing. We are a young couple so wasnt too bad but not to everyone's taste and not really what we were after. We wanted more snorkeling really as natural pool has no fish just lots of boats with drink and music.
Great fun!

The dune buggy adventure was great fun! Make sure to drive thru the mud puddles and enjoy the fantastic swim at the beach half way thru the experience. Cave swim was also a highlight. The guides take care of you and ensure you have a good experience.
No other words but "Awesome"

We really had a blast with our family. We actually missed our pickup in the morning from the resort, but our travel co-ordinator Charlene sent another shuttle for us and ensured we could complete both the activities on time as we had to travel back on the next day. NOTE : Please ensure to carry your own bendaña & sun glasses for the Dune Buggy rides, I felt they were charging little high for them ($5 for bendaña & $10 for glasses)
Good, but several points that need reviewing

The buggies were okay, but we have done them in other countries where we have had a much better experience. They were easy to drive, but you don't see any pretty landscapes on your journey, it's just via a bumpy dirt road. The beach stop seemed unnecessary, it is a lovely beach but the stop was too short and we got hastled too much by vendors. The cave pool was our favourite - with the heat, a dip was just what we needed. As for the catamaran it started off very disorganised and we didn't know what was going on. We were taken to the beach and sat down for half an hour. Then the rest of our group went parasailing (we weren't made aware of this beforehand, so we're left sitting on the beach waiting). Fortunately the team could see we were getting fed up and let us on the boat early. From this onwards we did have an enjoyable trip and the team were great at cheering everyone up - Jacqueline especially made our day, topping up drinks without asking and chatting with us. We were in good spirits when we finished the excursion, it was just a shame about the way it started and it would have been nice to be on the boat sailing for longer.

Too bad they did not explain to that you should wait until other people do parasailing . They should have explained them. As for the buggy excursion we appreciate your opinions and we hope to improve them. Many Thanks
