Disappointing

Missed Raphael/Borgia rooms in Vatican tour. Tour felt unorganised, headsets missing and big parts of Vatican missed.

Being greeted and informed in an orderly way for the tour beginning was great!. The size of the group was manageable and not too large. Patricio was friendly, very well spoken with beautiful English, super-knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. We loved the Sistine Chapel preview lecture with iPad to illustrate special and unusual tidbits, that couldn’t be missed. We felt like insiders! We were armed with knowledge, and it was the best event in our time in Rome. Thank you, Patricio.

Inconsiderate Tour Guide

Tour guide was in a hurry to get the tour done. My sister had a vertigo issue and he said he'd slow down a little. That's all we asked. He didn't. He got so far ahead of us at one point we lost radio contact wit him. He said he'd wait for her by an elevator. We had to go back and find her. She ended up on bench with another family member and missed St Peter's Square. Thanks Daniel.

The history and the art were excellently explained, and divine to enjoy. Our guide went above and beyond what I had expected. The group I was in was small and she took excellent care of us.

A bit lackluster this time around

I've done the tour in the past and it is not the same. Obviously Covid plays a role in it. You meet up at a coffee shop that's sells expensive coffee. It's obvious there is a relationship there. The ticket says access to St. Peter's Basilica and there is a premium for that bwell that is not the case. Once the tour of the museum is tour is over you walk over to the square and told there is the entrance. You queue up on your own. No skip the line. The Basilica has a souvenir shop but you are told "oh we have our own shop, follow ne and I'll take you there". You're told the shop at the basilica is closed, that is not the case. Time is not taken to explain the sistine chapel like in the past. Disappoint to be honest

Don't waste your time!

Our tour guide talked way too much. Our tour started late but almost 1 hour into it, we still hadn't seen anything! He talked the whe time and showed us pictures. There is such a thing as too much information, and this guy did just that. I was so frustrated when we finally were rushed through the museum because he wasted so much time talking. I ended up leaving the tour early because I couldn't take anymore, having wasted the majority of my day.

Pick up available one way. After long walking day in order to take a taxi back is another long walk.

Excellent tour guide. Long walking tour. Lots of stairs. Too much for a 1/2 day tour. Hard to absorb all of the information from the museum. Five stars for the tour guide.
