Experience a true tropical paradise on this high-speed catamaran adventure to one of the most secluded and unspoiled spots in the Caribbean. This Culebra tour is the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation, good food and drinks and a laid-back afternoon sunbathing and swimming on some of the world’s most pristine beaches.

Start your day trip with optional pickup from select hotels in San Juan, and head for your catamaran cruise leaving from Puerto del Rey ferry terminal in Fajardo. Soak up the sun on the short ride on your speedy vessel, refreshment already in hand, and take in the amazing views of the nearby Cordillera Islands Nature Reserve along the way.

The first stop of the day takes you to the pristine Carlos Rosario or Luis Peña underwater nature reserve, just off the western shore of Culebra, for fantastic snorkeling (bring your own equipment) among the area’s beautiful aquatic environment.

Once you’ve worked up an appetite, enjoy a delicious buffet spread including tropical cocktails, soda, juice, iced tea, fresh fruit, gourmet pasta salad, coleslaw or bean salad, freshly baked bread, sliced meats (turkey, ham, pastrami or salami), seafood or chicken salad, sliced cheese, chips and cookies.

From there, take a short sail to one of Culebra’s unspoiled beaches for an afternoon of sunbathing, swimming and beach combing. Depending on weather conditions, your captain will take you to one of two choices: the stunning Flamenco Beach, situated on Culebra’s main island, or the half-mile long beach at Culebrita, a small islet that offers beautiful views of nearby Saint Thomas.

Finish your day with a return cruise to Fajardo, arriving back at the marina to make your own way home or via optional hotel transport.

Worst trip I’ve ever had in my life. Because of the lack of information shared, we were not able to take the boat trip, had to reschedule for the next day and pay an additional $150 and still were not able to get in the boat the next day either

Fun , too short of a trip! Trip needs to be at least two more hours, less snorkeling! I’ve taken this trip a few times, never go to Culebra always go to Culebrita! Awesome crew!
Okay trip not great

The staff was professional and helpful. Snorkeling and beach venue very nice and picturesque. Overall though the boat ride experience was a little lackluster. Sitting with strangers at tables with booths in a very basic boat interior felt more like I was on a transit ferry than a vacation adventure. Also plan on bringing a dry bag for a towel and other items as you will need to swim to the beach and they do not offer any sort of tender for your stuff. Drinks were decent, food was forgettable. Had a nice time just not the most memorable.
Would do again LOVED!

Captain jimmy was great! Chris And Jay and I didn’t get the last gentleman name we’re all very nice hospitality great! Fun! We made it to Culebra island thank goodness that was the goal and captain made it happen! Drinks and beer perfecto!! Pina colada and pineapple/rum! Diving jumping off boat was great! Snorkeling etc would do again!
Culebra Day Trip
, Jan 2022
It was a great day trip to Culebra Island. The weather was perfect and the views were breathtaking. The drinks were good I highly recommend the rum with the guava juice. I have been on this excursion before years ago. My only recommendations would be to cover the fruit, or have it in containers so flies aren’t landing all over it. Also the crew could have been more lively.
It’s all about service and there was none

We have snorkeled on many of these trips. All the way to Belize. We had our own gear. Others had to buy new gear because of the Covid problem which we understand. But - no one on your staff showed them how to clean or wear their snorkel gear. Many people had fogged masks on. Nobody lined everyone up with fins. They did even know how important fins were. You spent more time talking about the toilet use than telling new snorkelers what to do. The beach time should have been first so everyone could practice. A floating device was there I guess to be used so that people could rest on the beach and your staff did not provide any service or assistance. It’s all about service and my husband and I felt bad for anyone who would probably never do it again and a lot was made that day with all those purchases I understand the storm damaged a lot of the ocean but advertising it was the best in the world was really disappointing. This is the first time we did not tip because of the lack of service and assistance to everyone. If this was the best that Culebra had to offer, it was the worse we have ever seen.

Bait and switch tour. Take a cheaper tour!
, Jan 2022
Didn't go to Culebra to see two famous beaches as advertised after tour operator assured me we would not bypass the two advertised beaches otherwise I would have not purchased tixs or gone! CAUTION: bait and switch, contacted my credit card company and Viator to request a full refund!
Excellent boat trip

Excellent crew! All the crew members on the boat were amazing. They provide life jackets for non swimmers and snorkeling fins. The boat itself was quite big, and it looked new. For lunch, they gave us burrito with salad, and it was good! Due to the weather condition, we did not go to Flamenco beach, and went to another beach instead. The beach had clear turquoise water, and the waves were gentle. I would definitely go for this experience again. The company also offers different destinations for those willing to explore more.
Great excursion!
, Jan 2022
We did not get a chance to visit culebra due to the tides being too high and strong. We was taken to another beach that was just as beautiful and peaceful as culebra. In all honesty this was the Best part of my trip to Puerto Rico. You will not regret this booking this excursion.

Must-do Excursion
, Jan 2022
This excursion was amazing. The weather completely cooperated so we were able to enjoy the excursion to the fullest on the island of Culebra. First, we got to snorkel at the nature reserve at Cayo Luis Pena - bring a case for your phone so you can take pics of the coral and all of the sea creatures. We then closed the day out on the most amazing beach I have ever been on - Culebrita Beach. I tried to book another excursion with them, but they were all full for the week. Some items of note, the places you get to see are weather dependent because you have to trek across open water to get to the island. Some reviews are negative about this, but the company is up front about this and if you bring a positive attitude you'll have a great time. Also, drinks are included as part of your ticket and are delicious so if anything, you can tie one one responsibly and ride around in a boat.
