Itzel was our tour guide and she was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable and made the stories fun. The food was delicious and not always things we would pick out ourselves. We loved the coffee shop so much that we went back the next morning! Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

A very well spent three hours meandering around OSJ tasting hidden gems. In the process our guide Jesus provided excellent storytelling and history as we food crawled thru the streets. This tour is a no brainer for those seeking a quaint respite from touristy traps luring people in.

The best food tour I’ve ever been on

I can’t recommend this food tour highly enough. Argeli was an excellent tour guide — highly knowledgeable and made us all excited to be there. The food was incredible. My favorite was the ceviche and alcapurrias at Cafe El Punto and the make your own Mofongo at our next stop, but everything was truly so, so good. I would easily recommend this tour to anyone visiting San Juan.

Excellent way to learn about the city, and try delicious local fare at the same time!

Our tour guide, Argeli, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and fun! He made the experience excellent. The food stops on the way made this tour the best one I’ve experienced. Fantastic breakfast, snacks and lunch at local small businesses that are connected to the city was what we wanted to experience, and seeing it together in the tour (where each stop was a private tasting) also made it feel extra special. But Argeli’s stories and passion for the island were the best part. Would recommend to everyone!!

The food was Delicious! Itzel was fantastic and filled us in on many fun history facts along the way. She was very accommodating and wonderful energy as a guide! I recommend around lunch so that you have time to stop back at many of the places that were pointed out if you don’t have time to come back later on your trip.

A wonderful experience with excellent food combined with the history of Old San Juan. The food was so good with vegetarian options, and a build your own mojito lesson. Our guides were knowledgeable, friendly and took an interest in each member of the tour group. Have already recommended to friends.

This was awesome! Ricardo and Fabián were super knowledgeable and gave great recommendations for restaurants after the tour! They shared a lot of Puerto Rican history and even shared some cute vignettes that we all loved. The food was also awesome and the walking wasn’t that bad! I recommend bringing water with you because it can get hot, but water is served at every restaurant.
