This tour was a nice accompaniment to the Historic tour we took the day before. Some stops duplicated but most were not (which is why we did 2 different tours/companies for a well rounded experience.Calvin our tour guide was great! The company also provided us with a shuttle service to start the tour at the beginning. They also provided us with a shuttle ride to our hotel afterwards! Pleasantly surprised and appreciated! This was above and beyond from what we expected. They were very cognizant of communicating over the radio to home base if there were people waiting at a certain stop that they couldn’t accommodate on our specific bus due to lack of space. They also communicated to the waiting passengers how long it would be until the next bus. My only critique……..where were the characters that were promised as part of the tour? We didn’t see any and we took two different guided buses?

Gertrude was great. So entertaining and funny. We didn’t want to get off the trolley. Lol. We loved the dress up, and we saw Forrest Gump. Also, their shuttle service people were very friendly.

Tour guide was Gertrude, she was so much fun as well as Natasha the driver. Very informative tour and town was beautiful. Lots of trolleys running so you're able to hop on and off as much as you want. So much to see

This was a nice way to get an overall history of Savannah. It takes you to the main points of interest in the city. I would definitely recommend taking this tour early in your stay and ride it all the way around before 'hopping on/off'. This will help you get an idea of where to go and sights to see.

We have always done the orange Old Town trolley tours but decided to try Old Savannah! We waited awhile to get on a bus at the welcome center then we got off at stop 14, Ellis Square/ City Market and were told to get on at same spot . When we were done we waited 45 min. with no trolley showing up! Finally, my husband walked to stop 13, only to be told that they changed the pick up stop! We walked 2 or 3 blocks to the other stop and a very nice guide finally took us back to the welcome center. Not sure we would use them again!

Our drivers were great & very Knowledgeable. However, no one bothered to tell us that stop 11 was closed so we sat there for 30 min in the heat waiting for a trolley. Finally, we thought to call & see what was going on & were told the trolley couldn't get down there. (Meanwhile, we watched the red & green trolley go by repeatedly). We walked up the stairs to the pirate house & waited another 30. A trolley stopped but was full so we had to wait some more. Finally one showed up. The others at our stop had already booked an Uber. We continued on & ended up waiting for 20 min & decided to give up & exit. You have a great staff & it could have been an amazing experience but instead, we wasted over an hour of our vacation for nothing. We will book the other company next time.

Great tour for the most part. I wish I would’ve gotten the names of the guides to give them a great review.. The reason for less than 5 stars is the one guide (Vince) that wanted to tell jokes that weren’t funny and not even talk about the sites and history which is what we were there for. Was very enjoyable. Our trolley broke down but we were able to get on a passing by one. Gave us something to laugh about. My husband and other strong ones got out to push out of the intersection. We had a good time. Learned a lot of historical info also.

Buyer beware! This was advertised as a hop on hop off experience but, once we hopped off we were not allowed to hop on again. After waiting at the trolley stop in the rain the driver refused to let us board “ we are short staffed so it isn’t hop on and off today. Just an overview excursion”. This was not how it was advertised and we were never told this at the start. The tour narrators are knowledgeable and helpful but, we were very disappointed to buy tickets for something we could not fully utilize:-(
