My wife and I have taken food tours in various cities around the world. This one was our favorite. In large part our enjoyment is attributed to our tour guide “Country”. Country was energetic, knowledgeable and extremely funny. The food was also diverse and excellent. Thank you Country

Disappointing

This was not what we were expecting, when I’ve been on food tours in the past they consisted of actual restaurants not one honey tasting, a slider wrapped in tinfoil at the park and a tea shop for over $60 pp it was a disappointment we did go to two actual restaurants and they were awesome but for the money spent it was not up to par to other food tours I’ve done. It’s a secret because they can’t possibly think people would pay for this if they actually knew the secret! 😂

We regret your experience was so poor, but thank you for the opportunity to address the issues. As is the case with many cities in this day in age, we lost a few restaurants as a result of the pandemic. And we did what we could to put together a tasty and fun route on the East Side of town, which suffered it's lion share of restaurant losses this past year (a few of the restaurant owners having past away as a result of COVID) and clearly for you it was a miss. We hope you get a chance to come back to Savannah post-pandemic and give us another try.

Secret food tour

The food was good. I tried foods I had never had before and enjoyed everything. My only drawback was the tour guide. She was sometimes funny but she had a foul mouth and I did not appreciate that. She said a few times that she didn't speak good English, and I guess that is true because she couldn't tell a story without four letter words. Really unnecessary. I've had other tour guides that were quite entertaining without vulgar language and dirty jokes, which she seemed to enjoy telling. If you enjoy that, ask for Country. If you don't, ask not to be in her group.
