Trolley Tour A grade; Riverboat Tour B- grade

The trolley tour was great information wise. The tour guide was funny and made it enjoyable though her humor is not for the weak and is a very special type of humor that not everyone likes. LOL otherwise, A for the trolley tour. The riverboat cruise was fine. I was kind of bored by the tour guide but the views were beautiful and I even saw a dolphin! My favorite part was learning about the brackish water and what kind of creatures come around. I’d give the riverboat cruise a B-.

Land tour is a must see. Not so much the river cruise.

We did the land/river tour. It takes about 4 1/2 hours, they left late on both tours. The land tour was excellent, informative and funny. The river cruise tour we could of skipped. It covered a lot of the narrative the land tour did and it was not scenic by any means. Seen only junk and industry stuff. Overall, the people were kind and nothing but professional.

My most memorable part of my stay is how helpful the tour guides, transportation providers and the hotel concierge; were in correcting the confusion that Viator made with my scheduled tours.

Disappointing, but not the tour guides fault.

Not being able to have lunch at the Crab Shack. Viator needs to be better at scheduling events. Nothing the driver tour guide did wrong.

Guide to land tour was very knowledgeable and made us laugh. Sea tour was a nice way to learn about the city from a different view. The only problem was they had one Bartender. It took 45 minutes waiting in line just to order drinks and an appetizer.

Great Overview for a first visit

Kathleen our tour guide and driver provided a very comprehensive tour with wonderful enthusiasm about the great city of Savannah. She clearly loves her job and her adopted city. Did the boat tour on the river which was also a great experience. Board early and go to top deck to grab a table with an umbrella. Didn’t realize our ticket was good for day 2 to take the shuttle around the city to revisit places of interest. Do it earlier on yr trip.
