Wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Der gebuchte Transfer ist nicht aufgetaucht. Wir haben einen Tag vorher angerufen, um uns die Abholzeit mitteilen zu lassen. Ich habe eine mündliche Aussage für 08:30 Uhr erhalten und diese nochmal per Nachricht erhalten. Am nächsten Morgen standen wir dann um 08:10 Uhr vor dem Hotel, wie vereinbart und kein Transfer in Sicht . Nach 15 min habe ich den Veranstalter angerufen, dieser teilte mir mit er ruft den Fahrer an fragt nach und meldet sich dann sofort wieder bei mir. Nach weiteren 15 min keine Information . Das Hotel hat dann für uns angerufen und dann hieß es auf einmal der Fahrer war da , aber wir angeblich nicht . Es kommt jetzt auch keiner mehr auf wir könnten ja ein Taxi nehmen . Das war um 9 Uhr . Die Dame unserer Rezeption erklärte dem tour Veranstalter dann nochmal , das niemand da war und dann sagte der Veranstalter Pech gehabt , dass Boot ist jetzt eh schon los. Wir sind mehr als enttäuscht . Und möchten unser Geld wieder haben, das ja im Voraus bereits bezahlt wurde.
