Not what was advertised on viator. Stated more food tasting and glass of chianti and dessert wine. No desert wine.
English speaking guide does not mean understands English

What a waste of time. A tour obviously designed to get people into specific tourist traps. Apparently truffles, spaghetti, biscotti, pecorino are uniquely seanese foods. The 2 drinks (supposed to be wine) were water and sherry. The tour guide spoke English and brought along two other friends for company. However all the questions asked we're given misleading answers and O don't believe this guide understands English enough to hold a conversation on anything other than come this way or turn right.
