Good transport but the wrong time

The transfer was excellent but we could not have a later time than 2pm. We contacted the company but they don’t have a later time. A later time is better so you have the chance to see the Gardens by day light and at night.

Unfortunately the tour operator was 45 mins late in picking us up from the hotel for this tour. When they did arrive, we were taken to another destination to pick up the tickets before being dropped off at the Gardens. There was not guided tour and we had to make our own way around which came as a shock to me as all Viator tours I have taken always have a guide. No idea what the benefit was of taking this tour via Viator. It would have been simpler to go there by taxi

Only ordered online night before but all went smoothly. Picked up from hotel, cple other pickups then dropped right up at entrance of Gardens, all hassle free and the Gardens by the Bay a Must, just beautiful !

The only thing that spoilt the day was when we went to do the walk on the top of the super trees the ticket office was shut. We were told to come back in 2 hours.We went in both the domes which were really fantastic. On our return to the trees we were told that we could not go in without purchasing EXTRA tickets to go in to the Childrens Christmas event. At 73 and 75 we did not want to pay for something we did not want to attend on top of the tickets for the trees which we did want to go to. Trying to leave was a nightmare because of this event. Many roads ,exits and even underground closed.Signs sent us all over the place.

Very good way to get to the Gardens but it should be made more obvious when booking that the ticket does not include going up into the trees a separate ticket is needed for this and we didn't find out until it was too late to buy them!
