Our driver was waiting for us after we walked out of the baggage claim. We were upgraded to a Mercedes and our driver was courteous and professional. Awesome in every way. I would do this again. Wonderful experience after a 115+ hour fright from the states.

Our plane was 15 minutes late but we retrieved our luggage and cleared customs with no problems. We looked for the driver for 20 minutes outside the customs hall and he was not there. Via tour needs to drop this company

Driver was readily available at exit of customs with a clearly visible sign. Driver allowed an unexpected teammate to also ride to the same hotel. The driver was open and knowledgeable when questioned about the history of the area. So happy with the service I booked them for my return to Singapore from Malaysia.
