We had a fantastic time on our guided tour of Toledo. The success of the trip was all due to our wonderful tour guide, Natalia. She crafted a visit that accommodated everything we asked for. She really made the city come alive for us. At the end of the tour, we wished we had had more time.

Javi was one of the best tour guides we've ever had on a trip - very knowledgeable and personable. My son and I had a wonderful walking tour of Toledo with him - it's a rare talent to make a tour feel like you're just walking and learning interesting facts with a new found friend.

The guide was very helpful and flexible with timings. Good knowledge of history and also knew the perfect pic spots. Kept kids engaged with stories and facts about the city.

So I was very overwhelmed on what tour to take for Toledo - I am SO glad that we picked this tour & got to see Toledo with Fernando. First, he called the night before to check what time & where we wanted to meet. He also gave us a free options based on what we were interested in. When we arrived, he met us at the train with our name on his tablet. He then found out when our return train was set for- and flexed our tour around that a bit. Walking around Toledo, he knew everyone & everyone knew him, which gave the tour such a warm feel. It honestly felt like we were in town visiting a long lost relative who was sharing his town with us. He shared all of the history & sites- made things incredibly relatable & understandable. He also shared anecdotes/cultural tidbits/ and how things were during different time periods- it helped us visualize & put things together. He also knew we were going to the Prado, so when we looked at some of the art (El Greco, Goya)- he shared stories about them which helped us tie things together later on. I was especially excited to learn about the 3 cultures & he spent a lot of time explaining that aspect of the culture/history. At the end of the tour, he shared his favorite places to eat, what time he’d recommend leaving for the train & then ways to get back (taxi or a cool walk). So super impressed by Nando & we had such a great time!! If you are even considering going to Toledo - DO IT & pick this tour!! Tips: the high speed Renfe train from Madrid to Toledo is 33 min & very easy/cheap. There are many options during the day. It will take you less time than if you were to drive/ be driven!

Manuel was our private tour guide. He met us at the train station and arranged for a taxi to take us around the perimeter of Toledo. The views were outstanding! We walked all through the city, visiting a synagogue, local coffee spot, a cathedral. Manuel's knowledge of art, history and Toledo itself was outstanding. The people of Toledo were gracious and charming. Definitely ask to have lunch plans made at La Cave!

The total experience was excellent thanks to Enrique. His wonderful personality, excellent command of history and cultural nuances, and genuine passion for his profession made this a marvelous tour. We had engaging conversations Gustavo was a excellent driver, keeping us safe, comfortable and engaged on the hour trip. Highly recommend this team.
