Ana,Jordi, and Jose made such a fun day for us! Food was delicious- well thought out with market visit, appetizers and sangria then very good instruction on how to cook. One item to note- Valencian paella is with chicken rabbit and snails- none of us realized when booking on viator that was different than the seafood version- didn’t provide and option to choose

This tour was certainly one of my favorite highlights from my time spent in Valencia. The guide/chef were incredible, passionate, and incredibly gracious with sharing their knowledge about the city and the history of paella. From the provided tapas and sangria, to the experience of cooking the paella itself, it was an all-around amazing time and I would highly recommend to anyone!
