Michael Lawrence (the tour company owner) was exceptionally articulate and knowledgeable. This was our 2nd excursion with him. He was so friendly and his experience with the winery owners and staff were evident! I am mobility challenged and he made sure I could navigate in/out of his van and each stop! Each winery was good and kept getting better and better. He drives a comfortable Mercedes van. He cares for his customers. We categorically recommend him. His small group tour of Vancouver was super too.
Great tour!

The wine was the best. Make sure you leave enough room in your suitcase to bring home some bottles. The tour guide was very knowledgeable.
Gotta try the Mead

Michael was a delightful guide. The winery selections were good but the Mead winery was exceptional.

There are 35 different selections of Mead done in the wine style, delicous and very versitile, it was known as the wine of kings
Great Guide. Okay Wines.

The driver/guide, Michael, was terrific. Very knowledgeable about the area and history. The wine, however, is not very good compared to the California and Washington wines. The wineries are not as scenic as most that we have seen. Would recommend other tours with Michael such as the overall city tour of Vancouver or any other that he leads.
Great day trip to nearby wineries!

Lots of fun! Laurence is a great guide. For us, the "Township 7" winery had the best wines overall (and by a considerable margin), but the flavored meads served at Festina Lente were also different and a nice change of pace. The provided charcuterie lunch was perfect, and the bonus trip to Fort Langley at yhe end tied up a wonderful day. Recommended!
A wonderful wine tour.

Amazing Tour
, Dec 2021
Michael's tour was informative and fun. We were lucky enough to be the only couple on the tour that day and ended up learning so much about Vancouver, its history, and the Fraser Valley wine country. Would highly recommend this experience to tourists and locals alike. Also, the wine itself is affordable and tastes amazing - we got three bottles!

What a great tour that was not only informative, beautiful in the sights we saw before and after but of course delicious in the samples we sipped! Michael (the one man band; owner and operator) made the tour easygoing regaling our group with his background as well as the area info. The Fraser Valley is teeming with multitudes of vineyards as well as other fruits. He is thoughtful in thinking about our needs and brought along snack bags for us all to soak up the samples (before lunch). Lunch was unique and tasty as it was a restaurant within a bookstore in Fort Langley! We had a bit of shop time afterwards in F L before our drive back to Vancouver. It’s a tour not to be missed and of the five we visited, there are plenty more to enjoy.

Great tour. The guide was entertainment and had a lot of good information. He took us to five wineries and we sampled a lot of wine. He took us to small boutique wineries that had different wine. We ended up being two bottles of blueberry mead wine and walnut port. We can’t wait to have our Christmas guest try them.

Each stop was personal - it seemed like a bespoke tour. We went at our pace. Attention at each stop was one on one in the best possible way .
Great info and winery selections!

My husband and I have gone wine tasting in Napa, Sonoma, France and Italy and were excited to try out the wines of Vancouver. We figured the best way to do that would be via a tour. Michael Lawrence of Lawrence Tours picked us up right on time, in a clean, nice Mercedes Sprinter van. On the drive out, he told us a lot of history of Vancouver which was an added bonus to the tour. The wineries he chose were each different and equally great. We had plenty of time to enjoy the tastings and chat with the winemakers---we never felt rushed. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Excellent! Other guests had cancelled, but Michael continued with the tour for just the 2 of us. Great choices of wineries including a mead wine. Stopped for lunch and got some additional information on the Vancouver area. Highly recommend this tour!

The tour was an amazing travelling experience. Michael from Lawrence Tours is a knowledgeable and experient travel agent, worried about all the details that make the difference in a trip. He shared his experience not only about the wineries but also about Vancouver area and lifestyle. Despite the weather conditions in view of the winter time, we could visit four boutique wineries, and get to know some owners of the businesses with interesting and insightful wine tasting. Highly recommended for wine lovers and for those who are in the Vancouver neighbourhood and wants to have a delicious wine tour. The tour was very well organized, the transportation was confortable and the timing of the tour was quite appropriate, not to mention the delicious wines.
