    ATTENTION - TOUR AT 11:00 AM: The yellow desk is located by the Prisons’ Palace in Riva degli Schiavoni near St. Mark’s Square. Leave the Basilica on your left, proceed straight on to the two columns. Cross Ponte della Paglia and you will find the yellow desk by the Prisons’ Palace on your left.

    ATTENTION - TOURS AT 12:30 PM / 2:30 PM: The assistant will wait for you with the blue sign where is written "LAGOON TOUR" close to dock n. 1A, in front of Palazzo Cornoldi , Riva degli schiavoni 4142 (8 minutes walking from Saint Mark's Square).

    • This activity will end right where it started.
    • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
    • Not wheelchair accessible
    • It is compulsory to be at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the departure.
    • The visit could be multilingual.
    • The tour will not take place in case of exceptionally bad weather, boats are completely covered, the tour operates regularly in case of rain (in these cases it can be postponed the days after).
    • The customers health is the most important matter for us, the tour operates in according to the Covid-19 National directives in order to guarantee the experiences in a safe environment.

    • Not recommended for travelers with back problems
    • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
    • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
    • All customer touchpoints are frequently cleaned, and the tour will leave with small groups.

    I liked that the tour was well organized and offered the chance to see a bit of every island. We had a short demonstration of Murano glass work and then we were free to visit the islands. Personally I was happy with what I got for the price payed - it would have been a hassle to do this trip by myself with the vaporetto. For those who want to stay more on each island, I would recommend one island per day, otherwise it can get extremely long and tiring.

    Strolling beautiful streets in Burano-lovely houses, friendly people. It was definitely memorable to be unable to find the ferry at the end of our visit to Murano. No signage near waterfront, no ferry officials or shopkeepers were aware of docking location. We did see signage in Burano. However, if any existed in Murano it never mentioned and we never saw it. Took the public ferry from Marano to Burano No one had the slightest idea where the dock might be. We simply ran into fellow passengers and got directions.

    This was an excellent trip. I was at first upset with myself upon arrival to Venice that I booked since my hotel offered a complimentary visit to Murano. However, I was so glad we didn't cancel this trip. My teenage children were very interested in the brief glass blowing demo. While it was interesting, the stop in Murano was mostly a built in, closed-audience trip to one glass factory. Little time was spent exploring other shops on the island, so you didn't have many choices for glass. Still, I bought a little something there. The best part was the visit to Burano. Not only was it great for pictures of the brightly colored houses but we had a seafood meal (it's a fishing community after all) and checked out the lace shops. I even purchased a lacy wrap before leaving. I do recommend this excursion but mainly for the visit to Burano.

    Esperienza che consiglio sicuramente, ho dato tre stelle perché il tempo a disposizione a Murano è veramente poco dato che è compreso di dimostrazione e visita allo shop. E perché eravamo davvero in tanti quindi le spiegazioni molto rapide

    Une fois le groupe et le guide constitue un beau rêve réalisé : Tres belle organisation les trois iles sont visitées ,des moments clefs : avec d abord le souffleur de verre ,Puis l ile en couleur ,les dentelles, Et enfin le canal les vestiges et Le retour a venise .on a reçu En français les explications tout au long de l excursion: timing respecte et objectif atteint.Ma fille 20 ans mon mari et moi étions ravis De cette journée qui restera à jamais gravées dans nos mémoires.

    Leider etwas enttäuschend! Die Nachricht mit den genauen Standpunkt ist etwas spät bei uns angekommen sodass wir sehr gestresst zum Boot laufen mussten. Die Tour war auch nicht mit 15 Personen wie angegeben sondern mindestens 100 Personen. Gebucht haben wir auch einen deutschen Reiseführer. Leider wurde auf der Tour nichts auf Deutsch erklärt. Ich würde jedem empfehlen auf Eigenregie auf die Inseln zu fahren um diese zu erkunden.
