Great tour in a short amount of time!

You really see a lot on this tour. The guide was knowledgeable and funny. Even though some things were unavailable, the guide showed us other attractions instead.
Great experience

This tour was exceptional. My sister and I had so much fun. We learned so much about the history of Washington DC. It was the perfect amount of stops for the various monuments and places of interest. Thank you so much We would highly recommend this.
Great customer service but poor customers!

Great historical facts! The tour driver kept everything interesting! The ride was a little warm but still cooler than outside. I didn't like that one selfish family was always late and made no apologies and just didn't care about anyone but themselves. The tour and tour guide however were excellent.! The tour guide even helped us find our hotel room after the tour was over.

Just OK.

The tour overall was just OK. There were a few things that warrant three stars. Could have been better. 1. We chose the tour because the description said it was limited to 15 persons. Instead, a large bus was used that was was filled to capacity. A complete head count was not done, but there was well over 30 people on the bus. I asked the tour guide about the 15 person limit advertised. She said that the tour is always at least one full large bus, and sometimes as many as 4 large buses are used. 2. The verbiage in the overview of the tour states it would last 4 hours. In reality it lasted just short of 3. This included the 10 minute ride from the last of 4 stops, where the tour guide rushed through traffic to drop us off. No description/narration of any sites we passed along the was given. 3. A couple of things about the tour guide, Jeanne, bus number 8601. A. She was a bit scatter brained. Several times she did not finish her train of thought. This left us kind of in the dark. B. She would describe sites we had not yet passed. Mind you my wife and I occupied the seats directly behind her. One time she described a site directly in front of the bus. There was no way any passengers would see what Jeanne was describing. C. Twice the tour guide was on her cell phone talking to her son to provide directions on where to meet the tour, which happened to be at the MLK and Roosevelt stop. The guide seemed more interested in seeing her granddaughter than doing her job. 4. The overview of the tour also states one of the sites would be Arlington National Cemetary. We came nowhere close to Arlington. Heck, we never even crossed the Potomac River to get there.

Our guide, Roger was knowledgeable about the area and very personable. The stops were long enough to see what we wanted to see and he dropped us off as close as he could ( a few in our group have mobility issues.
