the tour i booked was not satisfactory

when i booked this tour , ( booking ref : BR-663163188 , itinerary # 1072822762 ) the itinerary clearly stated the national archives was included but on the day of our tour , our guide ( terry ) told us it was not included on the tour , at the end , we have to make our own way there . i am not happy & i believe i am entitled for a refund of certain portion of the tour fees !!!
