Our tour bus driver and guide was Batman. He's funny. We enjoyed the way he pointed out interesting locations and tidbits about the places. Clear instructions and very accommodating even to the people who were always late coming back.

The tour guide seemed great but definitely not a great experience in the pouring rain. You couldn’t get good pictures. Definitely should let you rebook if possible. I definitely will look at the rest of the tours and reconsider keeping reservations.

Too rushed

The monuments at night are beautiful. However we weren't able to see them all as we expected. There are only 3 stops and you are expected to see both FDR and MLK in one stop which is hard to do when you are traveling with older people who can't book it from one monument to the other. Same thing at Lincoln, Vietnam and Korea monuments. The last monument on the tour was WWII and we were only given 10 minutes though it was supposed to be 20 so we could make it back on time even though the tour only took 2 hours and we were told it would be 2 and 1/2. That extra half hour would has allowed us to see a little more and not to have to rush as much, especially since it was the hottest day if the year, temperature way above normal

Opportunity to learn about DC from a great driver. Very well organized in terms of getting on and getting the bus loaded at the start. This is definitely a picture opportunity tour. The 3 stops are really to take photos not to visit the sites.

The reason that I rated the tour as poor is because it was very difficult to understand the narrator.

Seeing the National Mall lit up.. Having a small group. It was disappointing their were so many school groups that were running around and disrespectful. But that was nothing with the tour group.

Smiley is a wonderful, knowledgeable tour leader and I rate him “High 5!” However, the sound system was terrible, so we couldn’t hear him some of the time, which made it a bit hard. All in all, though, it was a fantastic night.
