The Chronicles begin on Goodramgate to be found just off the Kings Square, 'The Hilt' is a family friendly restaurant where you can also experience Viking Axe throwing. (Axe throwing to be booked via the venue.)

We where about 2 minutes late for the meet due to road works slowing us down travelling, and I’m guessing they had already gone. We tried ringing the mobile number that was on the booking so we could catch up and no one answered. Shocking service.

What a fun tour of York!! Our guide had a really great sense of humour, is an amazing story teller and her energy is infectious! The stories were great and our guide's knowledge of York's history was evident. We highly recommend spending a couple of hours on the Dark Chronicles Horror Tour of York, it is time well spent!
