Wonderful tour, the guide Maria was very knowledgeable. The tour went around the town and she showed us the historic sites. We needed a guide or we would have missed the landmarks.

Beautiful Twilight / Evening Tour of Zurich

A perfect way to get introduced to Zurich. Maria was particularly knowledgeable, and shared many interesting insights and historical facts about her beautiful adopted city. At the end of the tour, she took me up to one of her favorite viewpoints.
This tour is especially great if you have a limited amount of time in town. After two hours, I saw most of the highlights of Zurich's Old Town - including many things I would not have seen on my own.
Bring comfortable walking shoes and be prepared for some moderate uphill walking. The views and photo opportunities will be worth it.

The views, the funicular, and the personal attention by our guide. However, there is a lot of walking and some steep inclines. Good to be in good physical shape.

This was a great way to explore historic Zurich. The tour guides (a couple) were locals, whom met us at our hotel to begin the tour. We used the train and then most of the tour was walking. They communicated clearly prior to our scheduled tour to inquire our interests. They were very knowledgeable and informative. They showed us small little details that we would not have known otherwise. The city is historic and authentic, it would be difficult to know the stories behind without a tour guide. This was definitely one of our most memorable tour and will definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zurich.
